Dr. Yu Sun is the Data and Research Coordintaor at Human Architects. She

is a distinguished mathematician, accomplished professor, and
serves as the Program Director of the PhD program in Leadership Studies
at Our Lady of the Lake University (OLLU). Holding dual Ph.D. degrees in
Applied Mathematics and Management Science, Dr. Sun brings a wealth of
knowledge and expertise to her role.

With over a decade of experience instructing graduate-level courses, Dr.
Sun has become a guiding force in leadership studies, finance,
management, and decision-making. Her influence has left a lasting impact
on numerous students who have been both inspired and shaped by her
teachings.

Dr. Sun’s impressive academic leadership is evident in her role as chair for
35 doctoral students and her active participation in over 60 dissertation
committees. These committees have covered a wide array of topics in
management and leadership studies, attracting students from diverse
industries such as education, healthcare, energy, and top 500 future
companies.

Her research interests are broad, encompassing mathematics in decision-
making, business statistics, operations management, quantitative analysis,
leadership studies, emotional intelligence, and personality. Dr. Yu Sun has
significantly contributed to the academic community through the
publication of more than 35 journal articles and 2 book chapters, all within
the fields of management and leadership.

Her commitment to academic excellence, coupled with her vast expertise,
makes Dr. Sun a valued figure in the field of leadership studies, leaving an
