Meet Robye

Crafting innovative solutions to complex problems has been the hallmark of my career thus far. My professional qualifications showcase a proven leader with an entrepreneurial spirit and a phenomenal work ethic. I am highly regarded for developing and implementing strategies for adult learning solutions, but when you get to my heart, my deepest passion is having a people potential prowess, therefore Human Architecting is what I was meant to do all along!

Professional Experience

Robye is the former National Manager for Curriculum Services and Development at Learning A-Z in the Professional Development department.  She created a process to embed digital literacy resources directly into district curriculums based on state standards and student achievement.  This service brought focused resources to thousands of teachers’ finger tips instantly to improve instruction and student achievement.

Robye also developed in-person, engaging workshops and e-learning modules to support educators’ literacy instruction, but she found her passion shift from literacy to the whole person while working with educators implementing at home, virtual instruction during the pandemic.  From this time on, Robye has worked to build instruction to support the human delivering the instruction, helping them to be effective and efficient on a human level, not just developing effective and efficient instructional materials.

Prior to her time in EdTech, Robye was a Kindergarten teacher in Clear Creek ISD near the NASA Space Center in Houston, as well as, an educator in Bryan ISD serving ESL and Pre-First students.  As a lifelong learner herself, Robye started her career with the youngest students and receives the greatest joy to teach and bring purpose to the humans in adulthood she has the privilege of working with now.  We all deserve to work with integrity and make an impact on the world!  The vision of Human Architects is also Robye’s goal each day: Elevate human contribution across all parts of life to change the face of the world!

Personal

Robye just loves humans, and desires to do all she can to bring dignity to each individual she encounters.  Human Architects is a manifestation of her full life’s work, personally and professionally. Now, Robye and Miranda are no longer running parallel lives and careers, but have converged for greatness!

Robye is a busy mother of 4, all teens this year, so anything is possible when you can thrive with her house full.  She is an active volunteer at many levels for many organizations including local schools, Home Owners association and with Kappa Alpha Theta sorority on the campus of Texas A&M.  She is most active serving as Director of Risk Management for Ballet Brazos and President for the High School Drill Team Booster Club, but most importantly she is always prepared to set up her famous nacho bar at a moment’s notice to feed a large group of hungry kiddos!
